Community consultation

The Strategic Plan for Mental Health in NSW that reflects the needs, wishes and priorities of people across the State. Listening has been an essential part of the process. For the development of the Strategic Plan the Commission held a series of forums with a diverse range of groups and communities across NSW. These forums were opportunities for people - young, old and in-between - to share their experiences, views and ideas for change. What we heard came together in the documents listed below. These were then used to refine ideas, to generate more ideas and, ultimately, to inform the Strategic Plan.
