Dr Richard Schweiser
Dr Richard Schweizer works as an affiliate of the University of Sydney in Mental Health Nursing. Richard completed his PhD thesis with the University of Sydney in 2016; his thesis focused on processes of rebuilding and maintaining identity in people after a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Richard was himself diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2003. Richard also works as a Policy Officer at One Door Mental Health and is a volunteer at Jewish Care, as well as being a member of the Consumer Led Research Network, based in the Brain and Mind Centre.
