Share the Journey at Liverpool Living Library and listen to community members sharing personal stories of mental health and wellbeing. Everybody has a unique experience to share.

A Living Library allows real people to share their unique experience and story with readers. Instead of borrowing a book, a story is borrowed and verbally shared.  This provides an opportunity for individuals to connect with people they may not normally have the occasion to speak to within their community.

If you have a story relating to mental health experience, being a carer for a person with mental health issues, or work with/know someone that would be suited to sharing their story at this event, please get in touch with Brendan.Bennett@health.nsw.gov.au

This event is funded by Liverpool City Council together with local government and non-government organisations to mark Mental Health Month.
