Commission Event
17 May 2019, 2pm - 4:30pm

The Entertainment Grounds

4 Racecourse Road

West Gosford, NSW 2250

Come along to our community consultation with complementary afternoon tea to share your ideas about what is working well, where things could be improved, and to tell us to what your priorities for change are. Registrations commence from 1.30pm, and the event runs from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.

NSW Mental Health Commissioner Catherine Lourey, Deputy Commissioner Tania Skippen and Commission staff will be available to listen and chat with you over a cup of tea and light refreshments. Admission is free.

The Commission is undertaking a mid-term review of Living Well: A Strategic Plan for Mental Health in NSW 2014 – 2024, the 10-year plan for mental health reform in NSW. This consultation will inform our advice to Government on where the future priorities lie for ongoing improvements in mental health services and supports to improve the lives and outcomes for people with mental health issues.

This event is part of a larger consultation program across NSW where ten community consultations are being held between March and July 2019. There is a consultation workshop in Newcastle on 16 May 2019 that you are also welcome to attend – for more information please visit the Eventbrite page.
