The NSW Minister for Mental Health, the Hon. Tanya Davies MP, and NSW Mental Health Commissioner Catherine Lourey warmly invite you to the ‘Share a Cuppa’ Morning Tea at Customs House Sydney at 11 am on 3 October 2018.

This special event is part of the ‘Share the Journey’ theme for Mental Health Month 2018. The event is open to people in NSW with lived experience of mental health issues, families and carers, and the services that support them.

‘Share the Journey’ is about sharing our stories and connecting with each other to reduce isolation and stigma around mental health issues.

Please come along to share a cuppa with us and let’s all work together to make this Mental Health Month, and good mental health and wellbeing, a journey everyone can share.

We would really appreciate if you could share this invitation with people in your networks who have a lived experience of mental health issues and families and carers.

We encourage you to register as seats are limited.
