Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park and live streamed online

Registrations have now closed. For those unable to attend live, the event will be streamed online.

On Friday 9 November, the NSW Department of Education is attempting to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the World's Largest Mental Health Awareness Lesson.

The event will introduce Stage 5 students (Years 9 and 10) to the concept of building mental fitness and help-seeking behaviours. This is also an opportunity to raise state-wide and national awareness of mental health through the excitement and competition of a world record challenge.

Students will take part in a 40 minute interactive mental health lesson developed as part of the new K-10 PDHPE syllabus. The lesson is being delivered as part of a full morning's 'fitness focused' entertainment experience from students and celebrity performers.
