Why this is important
Gathering information from people with lived experience about their experiences of care is essential for evaluating and improving public mental health services.
The Your Experience of Service (YES) questionnaire is designed to gather information from people about their experiences of care in NSW public mental health services. The survey is coordinated by the NSW Ministry of Health and was administered for the first time in early 2015. This profile presents results from the 2016-17 survey and makes comparisons to the 2015-16 where information is available.
