Why this is important

Gathering information from people with lived experience of mental illness about their experiences of service delivery is essential for improving public mental health services.

The Your Experience of Service (YES) questionnaire gathers information from people about their experiences of NSW public mental health services. The survey is coordinated by the NSW Ministry of Health and was run for the first time in early 2015. This data presents results from the 2018-19 survey and makes comparisons to previous years where information is available.
